Career Convent Girls Degree College received its affiliation from the University of Lucknow in the year 2004 for the Faculty of Arts and started B.A. classes from the session 2004-2005. The Degree programme in Political Science was started in the same year. Dr Farzana Sharafat is HOD of Political Science. The Department is extremely rich in academic potential, comprising a faculty known for teaching abilities. The Department of Political Science invites students wishing to develop the analytical skills necessary to understand contemporary social and political issues.
