About Department

Career Convent Girls P.G. College housed in Vikas Nagar Sector '5' Lucknow. The campus established in 2004. It is an emerging, full fledged campus offering regular under graduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce streams. The first batch of Graduate students passed in 2007 with good result. College has also introduced Post Graduate Course in Hindi, Sociology, Applied Economics & Pure Commerce in 2018 and new PG course started English, Botany, Zoology, Physics in 2023. The first batch of Post Graduate students passed in 2021. The Arts stream established Department of Geography in 2023. The subject Geography know as the systematic study of the Earth.
Extension lectures and Guest talks by eminent educationalist is a regular activity of the department. Apart from academics department buzzes with Extra-curricular activities. The campus is equipped with rich library which has sufficient collection of Geography books. Currently the Department of Geography is driven by Mrs. Pranjal Singh.
